Email support@pocketcli.dev. Include your Pocket CLI version, iOS or macOS version, and what you expected to happen.

Common fixes

• Host not found: make sure the Mac is awake and on the same network, or turn on Remote access.
• Pairing code rejected: codes expire after five minutes and work once. Generate a new one.
• Claude reports signed out: run claude auth login on the host for that account.

We never ask for your Claude password, API key or ngrok token by email.
